Dave Ferguson joined ABHOW in 1992 and became President and CEO in 1995. He was a pioneering leader in the senior living industry and a dedicated advocate for addressing the needs of an aging population. Before joining ABHOW, Dave co-founded and served as Partner and SVP at Greystone Communities since 1988. He also played a key role in the growth of LeadingAge and was a former chair of LeadingAge California. One of Dave’s notable achievements was spearheading the merger between ABHOW and be.group, which resulted in HumanGood becoming the largest nonprofit senior living provider in California and the sixth-largest in the United States.
