Dan heads Ziegler’s Senior Living team and is a leading investment banker in the senior living industry. He has structured and led (or co-led) more than 325 CCRC/Senior Living financings exceeding $8.2 billion. Dan joined Ziegler in 1987 and subsequently became president and CEO in 2018. He is a member of the firm’s board and executive committee. Dan’s extensive experience has benefited organizations ranging from stand-alone communities to multifacility, multistate systems, including new communities and major expansions and repositioning projects. He was also instrumental in creating the Ziegler Link•Age Funds, one of the first to focus on the growing interest in tech and innovation for senior living providers.
