The keynote speaker for the first induction ceremony defined three consistent characteristics that one can observe among members in any Hall of Fame: Purpose, Passion, and Perseverance.

Purpose – A unique mission, vision, and plan for what one is committed to do.  Charter member Lloyd Lewis said there are 3 different kinds of people – those that make things happen, those who watch things happen and those who have no idea what happened.

Passion –  “Never have so many owed so much to so few.”   The inductees are leaders, visionaries, analysts, strategists, motivators and mentors. They each have a passion that impacts others and people are inspired by the footprints they leave behind.

Perseverance – Determination, the importance of optimism, positive thinking, endurance, passion, perseverance and the rewards gained from hard work.  As Henry Ford once said, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right”.
